Givebutter is organized into four primary business functions — Operations, Revenue, Customer Experience, and Product, Design & Engineering (PDE) — which are supported and aligned by the Executive Support team. Functions represent the highest level of organizational structure and group together departments with similar goals and responsibilities.

Within each function are one or more departments, which own a specific area of the business (for example, People, Marketing, Customer Success, or Engineering). Some departments may also be further organized into teams, pods, or specialized groups that focus on a particular customer segment, product area, or business objective.

This structure is designed to create clear ownership and accountability while enabling teams to collaborate effectively across functions. The sections below outline each function, its departments, and their primary areas of responsibility.

To ensure a continuous flow of information from and to leadership at Givebutter, we have set up two levels of Leadership groups. Both groups are organized and managed by our Executive Support team.
