💻 Your Company Laptop

All employees receive a company-issued MacBook during onboarding. Depending on the needs of your role, you may receive either a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro.

Your laptop will arrive pre-configured with the software, security tools, and applications required for your role. Our IT partner manages laptop provisioning, technical support, and device maintenance. Reach out to [email protected] if you have any problems.

🏠 Home Office Stipend

In addition to your laptop, Givebutter provides all new hires with a home office stipend to help create an effective remote workspace. We generally recommend prioritizing:

• An external monitor, we generally recommend:
  • At least 27 inches
  • 1440p (QHD) or 4K resolution
  • Adjustable height or monitor arm compatibility
  • USB-C connectivity when available
• Apple Keyboard
• Apple Trackpad or mouse
• Dongles or docking stations
• Webcam
• Headset
• Other tech accessories that directly supports your productivity

Every workspace is different, but we encourage employees to create an environment that supports focus, comfort, and collaboration.

Some recommendations include:

• Use an external monitor whenever possible
• Ensure you have reliable internet connectivity
• Use a headset for meetings when appropriate
• Choose a workspace with minimal distractions during calls and collaborative work
