There are lots of ways to give or get feedback, below are a few that we implement at Givebutter.

📜 Surveys

ButterPulse is our monthly employee sentiment survey. The survey is intentionally short and designed to help us understand how employees are feeling in real time, identify trends, and surface areas for improvement. Results are reviewed by the People team and company leaders, and may be used to inform team-level actions, company-wide initiatives, manager training, or future listening opportunities. While individual responses are confidential, aggregated themes and trends may be shared with employees to promote transparency and accountability.

eNPS surveys happen twice a year. There are two sections to this survey, the first asks employees to rate whether or not they would recommend someone to work at Givebutter on a scale of 1 to 10. The second asks employees to comment on various aspects of the culture, work, leadership, and impact they have at Givebutter.

Manager Surveys happen twice a year along with eNPS surveys. These surveys are meant to provide feedback to the People team about our current management structure and determine areas of training.
