Givebutter employs a Flexible Time Off policy meaning there is no cap on the number of days employees take in a given year. This leave is meant to be used for anything planned which can include but is not limited to:

All employees receive 10 days of Sick or Emergent leave per year, these days are given upfront and refresh on your anniversary. Emergent leave is meant for anything unplanned which can include but is not limited to:
Employees who need to take off 5 or more consecutive business days should apply for Short Term Disability.

January 1: New Year’s Day (and a half day on New Years Eve)
March 14: Mr. Butter’s Birthday (Givebutter’s Founding Day)
May 26: Memorial Day (and a half day on the Friday prior)*
June 30-July 4: Givebutter Wellness Week
September 1: Labor Day (and a half day on the Friday prior)*
November 27: Thanksgiving Day (and a half day on the Wednesday prior)*
December 25: Christmas Day (and a half day on Christmas Eve)*
*Givebutter is closed starting a 1:00pm local time on observed half days.
