🍞 Bread Winners

At Givebutter, we shout our teammates out for instances in which they exemplified our Values (see Mission, Vision, Values, Ethos). The shout-outs, called Bread Winners, live in our #Bread-Winners channel in Slack and follow a standard template (see below). Bread Winners are read aloud at the end of our weekly All-Hands meetings.

Who is this for? What value did they embody? How did they exhibit this value?

🥳 Social Committee

• The Social Committee plans and executes all-company social events throughout the year. Past events have included Skribbl.io competitions, guided Black History Month tours, speakers, and casual hangouts. Generally, a larger event is planned once a quarter.
• The Social Committee also welcomes each and every new Butterslices by setting up team events so they can get to know the members of their department.
